Mango salsa #2

Ingredients

2Ripe mangos; peeled and chopped
1mediumRed onion; chopped
¼cupFresh cilantro leaves (up to)
4Fresh Jalepenos; chopped
1Lime; juice of (about 2 tbs)
1Lime; grated rind of
1dashSalt

Directions

Mix together and let chill for at least an hour! (this was hard to do, as we could hardly stop eating it!) We served it with chips and margaritas, but it used up the last of our fresh jalepenos from the garden. ): George McTyre <mctyreg@...>
