Mango tequila salsa

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mango; peeled and diced
⅔ cup Red bell pepper; chopped fine
3 tablespoons Tequila
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 tablespoon Jalapeno; seeded and minced
2 teaspoons Mint; chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
