Mango-green onion salsa

Measure Ingredient
1 large Mango; peeled, seeded and
\N \N ; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Green onion
1 tablespoon Minced jalapeno
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Honey
\N \N Salt and freshly ground pepper; to taste
¼ cup Cilantro; coarsely chopped

1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, green onion, jalapeno, lime juice, honey, and salt and pepper to taste.

2. Let sit at least ½ hour at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.

3. Add cilantro just before serving.
