Mango habanero onion salsa

| 2 | Ripe mangos (up to 3) | |
| 1 | Habaneros; depending on tolerance (up to 4) | |
| 2 | Cloves elephant garlic | |
| ½ | small | Walla Walla Sweet |
| Whatever else looks tasty at the time | ||
Directions
Throw it all into a blender and whirl it up. Add fruit juice to thin, if nec.
Slather it all over a fillet of salmon/steelhead and flop the fillet skin side down on a low to medium grill. Make a little tinfoil tent over the fish, then grill till 'not quite done'. By the time you serve it, it will be.
