Yield: 4 Servings
|1½||Peeled & finely diced mango (or a tin) or pawpaw (up to)|
|2 teaspoons||Diced chilli (I use less 'coz I'm not into really hot stuff)|
|2||Spring onins; diced|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped fresh coriander -or-|
|1 teaspoon||Dried coriander (fresh is better) (up to)|
|2||Cloves crushed garlic (to your taste)|
|2 teaspoons||Lemon juice|
submitted by: THID@... (THERESA, Tauranga, New Zealand) Hi Guy's! Here's one I got at the supermarket (Foodtown). I says to use PawPaw BUT we changed it & use tinned Mango ( easier than fresh to prepare.
It's grat with smoked Chicken salads.
