Mango mint relish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe mango; peeled
½ small Red onion; finely diced
1 \N Jalapeno; seeded & minced
3 \N Tablespooon minced fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons Seasoned rice vinegar.

Dice mango, combine with remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. NOTES: I don't have a cast iron skillet, so I just browned the turkey in my regular frying pan and then transferred the meat to a baking dish. I also cut back on the amount of olive oil by spraying the frying pan with the olive oil Pam spray first. busted by sooz
