Measure | Ingredient |

Dice mango, combine with remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. NOTES: I don't have a cast iron skillet, so I just browned the turkey in my regular frying pan and then transferred the meat to a baking dish. I also cut back on the amount of olive oil by spraying the frying pan with the olive oil Pam spray first. busted by sooz
