Pickled mango

Yield: 2 Gallons

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cider vinegar
½ cup Hawaiian salt
4½ cup Brown sugar
6 cups Water
½ teaspoon 5 spices
2 tablespoons Red coloring
5 cups Sliced green mangoes

Combine ingredients. Boil, cool, and pour over sliced mangoes.
