Macaroni and cheese salad

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Elbow macaroni, cooked (unsalted, drained, cooled to room temp.)
½ cup Process American cheese (cut in small pieces)
⅓ cup Celery, sliced
2 tablespoons Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
2 teaspoons Vinegar
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

2 servings of 1 cup each 270 calories per serving 1. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, and onion.

2. Mix salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper thoroughly.

Stir into macaroni mixture.
