Macaroni chicken salad

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups Cooked macaroni or pasta
2 mediums Stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup)
½ cup Frozen green peas, thawed
½ cup Cashew halves, if desired

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

5 servings.

Macaroni Chicken-Cantaloupe Salads: Spoon salad onto cantaloupe wedges.
