1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
2 cups | Cut-up cooked chicken |
2 cups | Cooked macaroni or pasta |
2 mediums | Stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup) |
½ cup | Frozen green peas, thawed |
½ cup | Cashew halves, if desired |
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
