Macaroni chicken salad

1cupMayonnaise or salad dressing
1tablespoonLemon juice
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
2cupsCut-up cooked chicken
2cupsCooked macaroni or pasta
2mediumsStalks celery chopped (about 1 cup)
½cupFrozen green peas, thawed
½cupCashew halves, if desired

Directions

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
