Macaroni chicken salad

| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | cups | Cut-up cooked chicken |
| 2 | cups | Cooked macaroni or pasta |
| 2 | mediums | Stalks celery chopped (about 1 cup) |
| ½ | cup | Frozen green peas, thawed |
| ½ | cup | Cashew halves, if desired |
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
