Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Catsup |
1 cup | Cider vinegar |
1 cup | Water |
¾ cup | Sugar |
⅓ cup | Worcestershire |
5 tablespoons | Cracked black pepper |
2 tablespoons | Salt |
3 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Mustard |
5 tablespoons | Hot pepper vinegar |
\N \N | Red pepper flakes; to taste |
\N \N | Cayenne pepper; to taste |
1 dash | Hot sauce; (i use tiger sauce) |
Mix all and simmer 20 minutes. After this, I adjust the seasonings to taste. When you walk into the kitchen and the fumes bring tears to your eyes, its just about right.
