Ma tuckers bbq sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Catsup
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 cup Water
¾ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Worcestershire
5 tablespoons Cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons Salt
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Mustard
5 tablespoons Hot pepper vinegar
\N \N Red pepper flakes; to taste
\N \N Cayenne pepper; to taste
1 dash Hot sauce; (i use tiger sauce)

Mix all and simmer 20 minutes. After this, I adjust the seasonings to taste. When you walk into the kitchen and the fumes bring tears to your eyes, its just about right.
