Ma tuckers bbq sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Catsup |
| 1 | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Worcestershire |
| 5 | tablespoons | Cracked black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mustard |
| 5 | tablespoons | Hot pepper vinegar |
| Red pepper flakes; to taste | ||
| Cayenne pepper; to taste | ||
| 1 | dash | Hot sauce; (i use tiger sauce) |
Directions
Mix all and simmer 20 minutes. After this, I adjust the seasonings to taste. When you walk into the kitchen and the fumes bring tears to your eyes, its just about right.
