¾ | cup | Sugar |
¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
2¼ | cup | Flour |
1 | cup | Buttermilk |
2 | Eggs | |
½ | cup | Salted peanuts; chopped |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | cup | Apples; chopped |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
TOPPING
Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl combine margarine, sugar and brown sugar. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add all remaining cake ingredients except apples. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). By hand, fold in apples. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. In small bowl stir together all topping ingredients.
