| ½ | cup | Cocoa |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¾ | cup | Ice water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Confectioner's sugar |
Directions
In 8 inch layer or square pan, stir mix and cocoa with spatula.
Briskly stir in egg, vanilla, water, until blended. Scrape sides of pan. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
