Tuna luau

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Tuna; drained and flaked
1 can Pineapple tidbits (reserve liquid) (9 oz)
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1½ tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon MSG or lemon juice
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
¾ cup Water
1 \N Green pepper, cut in strips
\N \N Cooked rice

Put tuna into skillet. Add liquid from pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, MSG, vinegar and mustard, and water. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Simmer 10 minutes, then add pineapple and green pepper strips, and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
