Low calorie casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Head of cabbage
1 pounds Lean hamburger
1 medium Onion
½ cup Uncooked rice
1 can Condensed tomato soup with
\N \N 1 can of water

Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water.

Pour over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole is too dry. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
