Yield: 3 servings
|1 small||Head of cabbage|
|1 pounds||Lean hamburger|
|½ cup||Uncooked rice|
|1 can||Condensed tomato soup with|
|1 can of water|
Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water.
Pour over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole is too dry. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
