Low calorie casserole

Ingredients

1smallHead of cabbage
1poundsLean hamburger
1mediumOnion
½cupUncooked rice
1canCondensed tomato soup with
1 can of water

Directions

Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water.

Pour over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole is too dry. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
