Low-fat cole slaw

Measure Ingredient
1 Bag coleslaw mix; (or 2 bags broccoli slaw)
1 cup Matchstick carrots
1 medium Red bell pepper; cut into strips, (opt.)
¾ cup Hellman's low-fat mayo; (I use a combination of low-fat and fat free)
3 tablespoons White vinegar; (apple cider vinegar is also good)
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Celery seed
⅛ teaspoon White pepper

DRESSING

And here's my facorite recipe for low-fat cole slaw adapted from THE BRAND NAME FAT-FIGHTER'S COOKBOOK:

In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients. In a larger bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Toss with dressing. Chill for at least 2 hours.
