Healthy coleslaw recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Plain nonfat yogurt; or yogurt cheese
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
2 cups Coarsely chopped cabbage
½ cup Shredded carrots
¼ cup Chopped green peppers
¼ cup Finely chopped celery

1. Combine yogurt, vinegar, and honey in bowl large enough to hold coleslaw. Stir until smooth and well blended.

2. Add vegetables and mix well. 3. Cover and chill for 15 minutes or longer before serving.
