Measure | Ingredient |

6 ounces | Thinly sliced green cabbage |
1½ ounce | Thinly sliced red cabbage |
½ \N | Carrot; grated |
¼ cup | Diced red onions |
¼ cup | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Kosher salt |
Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
