Yield: 2 Servings
|6 ounces||Thinly sliced green cabbage|
|1½ ounce||Thinly sliced red cabbage|
|¼ cup||Diced red onions|
|¼ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|1 teaspoon||Kosher salt|
Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
