Fat-free coleslaw (golden door)

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Thinly sliced green cabbage
1½ ounce Thinly sliced red cabbage
½ Carrot; grated
¼ cup Diced red onions
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and sprinkle with parsley.
