Low-calorie dip for artichokes

Ingredients

½cupFinely chopped cucumber
2cupsLow-fat plain yogurt
1teaspoonDill weed
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Mix all ingredients except paprika. Sprinkle mixture with paprika. Chill.

Serve with hot or cold cooked artichokes. Calories: 6 per Tablespoon.

Yield: 3 cups.
