Low-calorie dip for artichokes

½ | cup | Finely chopped cucumber |
2 | cups | Low-fat plain yogurt |
1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except paprika. Sprinkle mixture with paprika. Chill.
Serve with hot or cold cooked artichokes. Calories: 6 per Tablespoon.
Yield: 3 cups.
