Low fat smoked mackerel forspeise

5Floz very low fat fromage frais
4ouncesLow fat soft cheese
2teaspoonsHorseradish relish
10Grinds of black pepper

Directions

Remove the skin from the fish and flake into a blender or food processor.

Add all the remaining ingredients and blend or process until absolutely smooth.

Cover with clingfilm and chill for several hours to allow it to firm up.
