8 | ounces | Raw beef liver; 1/2 inch thick |
4 | ounces | Onion |
1 | can | Mushrooms; drained |
Directions
Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer until soft, 5 minutes. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions.
