Lisa's boursin recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Unslated real butter; softened
1 large Garlic clove; pressed
½ teaspoon Dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
2 tablespoons Dried parsley
1 tablespoon Dried chives
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese; softened
3 tablespoons Milk

Combine butter, cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

A definite keeper for me!!!!
