Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
8ouncesCream cheese
1Clove garlic; minced
1teaspoonCaraway seed
1teaspoonBasil
1teaspoonDill weed
1teaspoonChives; chopped
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Shape into a flat round. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Peel the plastic wrap off and coat all sides with fresh ground pepper.
