1 tablespoon | Fresh Thyme -- finely |

2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 \N | Garlic clove -- minced |
1½ teaspoon | Fresh tarragon -- finely |

2 \N | Shallots -- finely chopped |
¼ cup | Parsley -- finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | Chives -- finely chopped |
Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots and the herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or, mold as follows: line an empty 8-oz margarine tub with plastic wrap, pack in the cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub, peel off wrap and garnish on a plate.
