| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh Thyme -- finely |

| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Garlic clove -- minced | |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Fresh tarragon -- finely |
| Chopped | ||
| 2 | Shallots -- finely chopped | |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley -- finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chives -- finely chopped |
Directions
Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots and the herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or, mold as follows: line an empty 8-oz margarine tub with plastic wrap, pack in the cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub, peel off wrap and garnish on a plate.
Serving Ideas : Serve with unflavored cracker such as Carr's water wafers
