Lisa's cajun tartar sauce

4cupsMayonnaise
1cupParsley, chopped fine
1cupSweet relish,chopped&drained
Dash, Lea & Perrins
1cupChow chow (sour)drained
Bunch green onions, chopped
Louisiana hot sauce (dash)
1Medium onion, chopped fine

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate ovedrnight for best flavour.
