Lime hot pickle

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt, pickling |
| 3 | tablespoons | Hot Pepper; or less to taste |
| 3 | cups | Lemon juice |
Directions
Place in jar. Keep at room temp or more for 3 weeks. Serve with bland or lamb meat dishes.
