Lime dipping sauce

Ingredients

½ | cup | Lime juice; fresh |
6 | tablespoons | Fish sauce |
6 | tablespoons | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
3 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
2 | Red chili peppers; seeded, minced |
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1⅓ cup.
