Lime dipping sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Lime juice; fresh
6 tablespoons Fish sauce
6 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 \N Cloves garlic; minced
2 \N Red chili peppers; seeded, minced

Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1⅓ cup.
