Lime dipping sauce

Ingredients

½cupLime juice; fresh
6tablespoonsFish sauce
6tablespoonsWater
2tablespoonsSugar
3Cloves garlic; minced
2Red chili peppers; seeded, minced

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

Serve with Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls. Makes 1⅓ cup.
