Chili dipping sauce

| ½ | cup | White vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger -- minced |
| 1 | Garlic clove -- minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Asian chili sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cilantro -- chopped |
Directions
Place water, vinegar, sugar, ginger and garlic in a nonreactive saucepan over low heat. Cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
