Lima bean salad

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Lima beans
1 x Garlic clove, minced
1 x Lemon, juice only



Place beans in a saucepan with water to cover. Cook until tender, about 1½ hr. Drain. Add garlic and lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
