Lemon pasta

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups All purpose flour
½ tablespoon Salt
2 larges Eggs
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
¼ cup Lemon juice

Mix ingredients by hand, in a heavy-duty mixer, or food processor. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes before rolling and cutting.
