Lemon garlic pasta

¼cupOlive oil
2tablespoonsMinced garlic
¼teaspoonRed pepper flakes
1poundsLinguine or spaghetti; cooked and drained
2teaspoonsGrated lemon zest
¼cupLemon juice
2teaspoonsCoarse salt
Freshly ground pepper
½cupChopped fresh Italian parsley

Directions

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Serves 4
