Lemon garlic pasta

| 2 | tablespoons | Minced garlic |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 1 | pounds | Linguine or spaghetti; cooked and drained |
| 2 | teaspoons | Grated lemon zest |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Coarse salt |
| Freshly ground pepper | ||
| ½ | cup | Chopped fresh Italian parsley |
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Serves 4
