Garlic pasta

Measure Ingredient
5 eaches To 6 garlic cloves
1 each To 2 Tbsp water
2 larges Eggs
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1¾ cup Unbleached all-purpose or semolina flour

YIELD: ¾ POUND FRESH PASTA

In a food processor or blender, puree the garlic with 1 to 2 Tbsp water. Combine the garlic, eggs, and oil with the flour in the bowl of a food processor or electric mixer. Mix and knead the dough, let it rest, roll it out, and cut the pasta to size desired. Pasta Salads!
