Ingredients

1packSweetened lemon flavored gelatin
12Marshmallows, diced
4Crushed macaroons
1cupWhipped cream
12Maraschino cherries, well drained
2cupsBoiling water
¼cupSugar
¼teaspoonSalt
½cupChopped, blanched almonds

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Add nuts, marshmallows, cherries, sugar, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.

Pour into mold. Chill. 8 servings.
