|1 pack||Sweetened lemon flavored gelatin|
|1 cup||Whipped cream|
|12||Maraschino cherries, well drained|
|2 cups||Boiling water|
|½ cup||Chopped, blanched almonds|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Add nuts, marshmallows, cherries, sugar, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
Pour into mold. Chill. 8 servings.
