Leftover vegetable casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cooked corn kernels |
| 1 | cup | Cooked green beans |
| 1 | cup | Finely chopped celery |
| 1 | cup | Minced onion |
| ½ | cup | Green pepper, finely chopped |
| 4 | cups | Sharp cheddar, grated |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish.
Top with enough bread crumbs to cover and ¼ cup melted butter, drizzled evenly over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if desired. bake at 350f for 45 minutes.
