Leftover vegetable casserole

Ingredients

1cupCooked corn kernels
1cupCooked green beans
1cupFinely chopped celery
1cupMinced onion
½cupGreen pepper, finely chopped
4cupsSharp cheddar, grated
1cupSour cream
1canCream of celery soup

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish.

Top with enough bread crumbs to cover and ¼ cup melted butter, drizzled evenly over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if desired. bake at 350f for 45 minutes.
