Leftover vegetable casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cooked corn kernels
1 cup Cooked green beans
1 cup Finely chopped celery
1 cup Minced onion
½ cup Green pepper, finely chopped
4 cups Sharp cheddar, grated
1 cup Sour cream
1 can Cream of celery soup

Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole dish.

Top with enough bread crumbs to cover and ¼ cup melted butter, drizzled evenly over top. Slivered almonds can be sprinkled on top if desired. bake at 350f for 45 minutes.
