Leftover rice

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup MUSHROOM SOUP
1 cup CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
½ cup Soup can of milk
1 teaspoon Onion powder
4 cups Cooked rice
3 cups Cooked boned chicken -- bite

1 cup Shredded cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped pimiento

Mix soups and milk. Heat. Add rest. pour into a casserole and bake at 375f 30 minutes. (Chicken should be bite size). You can also re-heat the rice (microwave OK) and serve tossed with onions or mushrooms or green peas or parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese or sour cream and chopped bacon or any combination of the above ingredients..
