Leftover cooked rice - berry rice layer dessert

Ingredients

| 300 | grams | Cooked white rice; (any type) |
| 350 | grams | Ripe berries; prepared |
| 4 | tablespoons | Vanilla sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Berry conserve |
| 1 | ounce | Zest; shredded, juice |
| ; squeezed | ||
| 450 | grams | Creme fraiche; (or fromage frais) |
| Extra fruits or mint to decorate | ||
Directions
Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or bowls.
Add a layer of remaining fruit, the juice then the dairy product of your choice. Add the zest.
Decorate with extra fruits or mint and serve cool.
