Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | can | (8oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | can | (2 1/2 oz) sliced ripe |
| Olives, drained, optional | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 6 | Corn tortillas (6\") | |
| 2 | cups | (8oz) shredded chedder |
| Cheese | ||
| ¼ | cup | Water |
Directions
Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. If desired at olives. Mix and simmer for 5 min.
