Layered spinach salad

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Fresh spinach; cleaned & torn apart
1 \N Head iceberg lettuce; cleaned & torn apart
1 pack Frozen peas
4 \N Hard boiled eggs; sliced
½ pounds Bacon; cooked & crumbled
1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup Sour cream
2 cups Mayonnaise

DRESSING

Layer the salad ingredients in the order given. It is not necessary to thaw the peas before putting in the salad.

Mix the dressing ingredients and spread over the top of the salad.

Refrigerate.

This salad is especially good when made several hours, or a day, ahead.
