Layered spinach salad

½poundsFresh spinach; cleaned & torn apart
1Head iceberg lettuce; cleaned & torn apart
1packFrozen peas
4Hard boiled eggs; sliced
½poundsBacon; cooked & crumbled
1packHidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1cupSour cream
2cupsMayonnaise

Directions

DRESSING

Layer the salad ingredients in the order given. It is not necessary to thaw the peas before putting in the salad.

Mix the dressing ingredients and spread over the top of the salad.

Refrigerate.

This salad is especially good when made several hours, or a day, ahead.
