3cupsTorn iceberg lettuce
2cupsChopped tomatoes
½cupChopped Vidalia onion

2largesCarrots; peeled and sliced
2cupsGrated Cheddar cheese
1cupCooked crumbled bacon

Directions

Combine first five ingredients and blend well. In a large glass bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and carrots. Spread dressing evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over dressing. Garnish with bacon. Yield: 10 servings.
