| 1 | large | Cucumber; sliced |
| 2 | larges | Carrots; peeled and sliced |
| 2 | cups | Grated Cheddar cheese |
| 1 | cup | Cooked crumbled bacon |
Directions
Combine first five ingredients and blend well. In a large glass bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and carrots. Spread dressing evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over dressing. Garnish with bacon. Yield: 10 servings.
