Lamb marinade

Ingredients

2tablespoonsWine vinegar
2teaspoonsMustard, prepared
1teaspoonRosemary leaves, crushed
teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonOnion salt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
¼teaspoonGinger, ground
¼teaspoonGarlic, minced (instant)

Directions

Mix together. Refrigerate. Marinate lamb overnight.

* A marinade for any cut of lamb.
