Lamb marinade

Yield: 1 /2 cup

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Salad or olive oil
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Mustard, prepared
1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves, crushed
1½ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Onion salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Ginger, ground
¼ teaspoon Garlic, minced (instant)

Mix together. Refrigerate. Marinate lamb overnight.

NOTES:

* A marinade for any cut of lamb.
