Barbecued lamb

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Lean lamb
2 \N Cloves Garlic
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Soya sauce
1 teaspoon Salt

1. Cut the lamb into thin slices 2. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Coat all pieces of lamb with the sauce and allow to soak 15 minutes in a dish.
