Ingredients

¼cupBrown sugar
cupCorn sirup
½cupChopped raisins
Few grains salt
cupEvaporated milk
2tablespoonsButter or butter substitute
1teaspoonAny flavoring
½cupChopped nuts
½cupCoconut

Directions

Combine sugar, sirup, milk, and salt. Boil to hard ball stage (265 - 270 F). Add butter, flavoring, chopped nuts, raisins, and coconut.

Pour into well-buttered pan. When cold cut into long narrow bars.
