Korean style barbecue sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
3 Cloves garlic, diced
1 Red chili pepper
¼ cup Salad oil (sesame seed oil)
2 tablespoons Sake (Japanese wine)
2 tablespoons Sugar (more if needed)
½ cup Shoyu

Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
