Yield: 1 Cup
Measure | Ingredient |

1 tablespoon | Ginger, grated |
3 \N | Cloves garlic, diced |
1 \N | Red chili pepper |
¼ cup | Salad oil (sesame seed oil) |
2 tablespoons | Sake (Japanese wine) |
2 tablespoons | Sugar (more if needed) |
½ cup | Shoyu |
Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
