Korean style barbecue sauce

Ingredients

1tablespoonGinger, grated
3Cloves garlic, diced
1Red chili pepper
¼cupSalad oil (sesame seed oil)
2tablespoonsSake (Japanese wine)
2tablespoonsSugar (more if needed)
½cupShoyu

Directions

Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
