Kohl's carrot cake #1

Yield: 1 Cake

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chopped pecans
2 cups Sugar
4 \N Eggs
1½ cup Wesson oil
2 cups Grated carrots
1 small Can crushed pineapple, drained

Sift together: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix together: Oil, sugar and eggs.

Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 30-35 minutes.

Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
