1 medium | Onion; chopped |
4 \N | Potatoes |
2 cups | Water; salt and pepper |
1 small | Cabbage; shredded |
3 cups | Milk |
3 teaspoons | Flour; stirred into milk |
1 cup | Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded |
Boil 1st 4 ingred and cook for 20 min. Add cabbage, cook 10 min until tender. Add milk/flour mixture, simmer 10 min. Add cheese, simmer 10 min.
