Ketchum's fudge

Ingredients

4½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | can | (large) evaporated milk (sorry I don't know the ounces) |
3 | cups | Chocolate chips |
2½ | Sticks butter | |
25 | larges | Marshmellows |
2 | pounds | Chopped walnuts |
Directions
Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients.
Pour hot liquid over dry ingredients and mix until marshmellows dissolve completely(10-15 min.). Spread in 13X9 pan and chill in fridge till firm.
