|1 can||(large) evaporated milk (sorry I don't know the ounces)|
|3 cups||Chocolate chips|
|2½ \N||Sticks butter|
|2 pounds||Chopped walnuts|
Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients.
Pour hot liquid over dry ingredients and mix until marshmellows dissolve completely(10-15 min.). Spread in 13X9 pan and chill in fridge till firm.
