Karen's caramel corn

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Butter
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Karo Syrup
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 quarts Popped Popcorn

Mix Butter, Brown Sugar, Salt and Karo Syrup together in pan, cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in Baking Soda and Vanilla then pour mixture over popped popcorn. Place on pan in 200 deg oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 min.
