| 8 | ounces | Chocolate wafers, ground fine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | cup | Kahlua |
| Vanilla Ice Cream | ||
| Straberries for garnish | ||
Directions
Add cinnamon and Kahlua to ground cookies in medium bowl. MIx well.
Layer mixture alternately with ice cream in parfait or tall wine glasses. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with Strawberries.
Or roll hardened ice cream balls in cookie mixture to completely coat and then freeze.
