Kahlua pecan pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pastry crust
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Flour
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Kahlua
½ cup Evaporated milk
1 cup Whole pecans
\N \N Whipped cream and pecan halves; optional

Line 9 inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe. Chill.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well.

Beat in eggs, one at at time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, pecans. Mix well, pour into pie pan. Bake for 10 min. Next, reduce heat to 325 degrees F. and bake until firm (about 40 min.). Chill. Garnish, if desired.
