But there's method to her madness: Summer is the start of the peach and strawberry season, and right at its outset Pinkney begins to fill her freezer with fruit so that she can enjoy this delicious, nutritious breakfast drink all winter long.

IN BLENDER, combine all ingredients and process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into tall glass and serve.
