Juice-based smoothie

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Mango; peeled and seeded, cut into peices
1 \N Papaya; peeled and seeded, sut into peices
½ cup Raspberries
¾ cup OJ
4 \N Ice cubes
\N \N Strawberries to garnish

I think you can do variations on this with light silken tofu (1% fat) for a really high protein drink (and **very** filling) if that's what you are looking for.
